I have waited for the check in quite a lot although I was told the room would be available for that time, something technical happened I guess. When I finally get to the room the card was not working and had to call reception twice to remind them that someone was about to help me. Not the best experience.

Great location, lovely, helpful staff. The only downside was that we had a room for people with mobility issues which meant the sinks in the bathroom were quite low - the upside is that the room was spacious! We were on the 4th floor and had a great view across to chinatown

Three night stay for a business trip. Room was tired. The toilet was not in the bathroom, but in its own cubicle right next to the door - weird, and so small that it was awkward to close the door… and the door didn’t close properly (fortunate that I was travelling alone). The carpet of my room had several stains that one could only hope were from a dropped Madras. Worst pillow I have yet to experience. The hair clip (that wasn’t mine) remained under the desk for the duration of my stay.
