A wonderful stay from start to finish. The staff were exceptional from the moment we arrived until we departed. We had a fantastic meal at Wild Honey, and our room was luxurious, comfortable, and beautifully appointed. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we will certainly stay here again when we return to London.

My room ( junior suite) was really quite small. I was surprised and how small it was. And the room was too warm despite asking for help from engineering several times. The staff were very kind and tried to help.
