I recently visited with my 7 year old grandson for spring break. The hotel staff - including housekeeping, front desk, concierge, doormen and restaurant waitstaff - could not have been nicer and more welcoming to us both. The hotel was perfectly located for the itinerary we had planned, with great proximity to many attractions as well as easy access to the tube. We ate quite often in the hotel and the food was excellent. The hotel is also close to many restaurants, so it is easy to enjoy a variety if you like. Finally, I thought the hotel was an excellent value, which is rare in a major city.

Exceptional Customer Services by Coleen to arrange the bookings and special requests, she did a fabulous job with all the special requests which all went without a hitch. The hotel is great, convenient location for sightseeing, lovely room with blackout curtains and one of the best breakfasts I have had at an hotel, with pleasant waiter service as well. BIG thank you !!
