From the moment we arrived, we were treated with grace, kindness and warmth. The staff made us feel like we were "at home." The concierge was excellent and provided wonderful recommendations. The genuine warmth we felt from the entire staff was just fantastic. Our room was comfortable and quiet. Any need we had - extra towels, etc was attended to immediately. Loved the mulled wine in the lobby! This was our first trip to London, and the location of the Sofitel St. James made it easy to walk almost anywhere. We were spoiled by the hotel and the staff, and we definitely will be back!

Great 2 week stay. I loved the mulled wine in the evenings - perfect start when exploring the city of London. The rooms are very quiet even street facing. The simple biscuits and chocolates were a nice touch and greatly appreciated.

As usual was it again very nice to stay in Sofitel St James, Staff is nice, rooms clean and a very beautiful Christmas setting.

Unfortunately, on this occasion, all higher-category rooms with street views had been booked in advance, and we were therefore unable to offer any complimentary upgrades, which are always subject to availability. I am also sorry that the online check-in process did not provide the seamless arrival experience you anticipated. We will certainly review this to ensure a smoother and more efficient process going forward.
