We had an incredible long weekend here, the staff went the extra mile with everything they did, and no ask was too much for them. We are so very grateful that the staff here made our anniversary weekend one to remember. We would like to thank all the staff for their kindness and positive attitude - it makes such a difference to a hotel stay when you feel welcome and are met with a smile every time you come in the front doors. The bedroom was even decorated on arrival which wasn’t expected at all, the staff really do go above and beyond here.

The room and hotel were fine, however I will only use IBIS as a last resort when Holiday Inn Express is full as they include free breakfast. Feels very stingy charging for breakfast so you are only ever my second choice until that changes. I stay in Manchester every week so this is a regular trip.
