My business had booked me in there with my other 8 team members I was travelling from Dover so a long way when I had a call saying that I was actually booked in to 3-5 Portland road I was very upset as they wouldn’t change it so I Calum’s stay with my team, I was on the train to London and I called your hotel my self and paid again so I could stay with my colleagues so 3-5 would t change my booking after I explained it must have been an error on the work portal

Nice less than basic room. My only problem was that the bar and restaurant didn't have any snacks. My sugar became low so I had to post on social media if anyone knew anyone or someone was near to bring .e something sweet.
