It took 2 days before a heater is provided for the room despite being told it was working. I was also advised the hotel was fully booked and I could not be moved Additionally the Nespresso machine was not working. Finally, even though there were signs advising work was being carried out until 5pm, the loud buzzing of sanding or other machinery was still constant until approx 720pm. Upon calling reception I was told they had to get the job completed

On arrival I discovered my organisation hadn’t booked my room, Caitlan was super helpful in sorting this out for me. Julie was amazing in helping with the event, friendly and supportive throughout the day, keeping our refreshments topped up. Thank you so much for your support folks.
