The room was clean and comfortable but the TV kept freezing and the aircon didn't work properly. The room service food and the breakfast was not very good at all

From the food, staff (Lorenzo, Brenda, Lesedi, the bar guy, ladies from the restaurant, and everyone else whose name I didn't catch), restaurant staff, them checking on us to make sure we were okay, and the rooms. I get allergies when rooms are carpeted but I didn't get any.

With the exception of the heat setting (aircon) not working on a cold rainy night, I have no complaints about my stay and the room. Room was clean, nice firm mattress and an extra blanket was available.
