The experience was quite good. Professional people, very welcoming and willing to help. The food was exquisite, the chefs very friendly and make us feel welcome. Two disappointments not to rate 10, house keeping, we booked for two nights, the first morning we went for breakfast for a while, coming back the bed was not made, the room was not cleaned. We asked the house keeping to do it for us we will go out for a walk, we eveasked the receptionist, coming back again from the long walk checking out the place and the spa, it was not done. We asked again and this time we were going to the spa for the massage , only then it was cleaned. The spa ladies do not listen to instructions, the do what they want to do. I asked that my husband do reflexology at the pedi station. We discussed twice I guess. They forced to set-up in the room with me, which is not what we wanted. I told them he does not need a facial, he needs reflexology only feet. The next thing they were massaging his face and touched the eye that was sickly. Specified the face should not be touched only the feet, what the lady was doing on the face only God knows. They make it feel like a tip is a requirement not after they did not listen to instruction. Tip is not mandatory only when we are happy with the service, my husband was not happy at all and he kept saying I told you i don't want my face and body to be touched. He's an african cultural man, they were supposed to do the feet and nit touch the face. Thank you for the stay...

We were extremely well looked after by the staff. We were always greeted and served with a warm smile. My daughter has celiac disease, and she was personally looked after by the incredible staff. This is our second stay at Vivari and if will not be our last one.
