From check in to check out, it was a great experience. We only had 2 weird things happen, but the staff was friendly and made up for it. The first was, we were served water instead of wine when we ordered a glass of white (they said they poured from a training bottle). The other was, we were told we could have a late checkout, but 15 mins after the regular check out time, we received a call telling us we needed to be out because a group was coming and we would be charged. So we rushed to get out, and then were told we could actually have the room late. That wasted a lot of our time and added stress to our morning before a long travel day.

It was an awesome experience. I stayed in Room 37 and i stuggled with the sound overnight coming from the laundry room. otherwise, everything esle was perfect. You've got the most awesome staff ever.

Really great food, and service from the staff. Only area of improvement is that in the room I did not sleep at all due to the next hotels aircon going on and off the whole night including hearing their toilet flushes. I would go back for the food! Absolutely amazing and my wife loved it as well. Would have liked for the spa to have been opened later considering it being a Saturday.

A very pleasant experience, all the staff we passed smiled and greeted us. The room was comfortable and quiet but the atmosphere in the hotel grounds was spoiled by the loud and continuous music blaring from a loudspeaker.
