Visited the hotel to celebrate my wife's birthday. I informed the hotel when I booked and again on arrival, and was informed the restaurant would do something special for my wife. This did not happen. My dinner was superb, but my wife had the pork belly and was very underwhelmed. It was overcooked, dry and stringy and mash it came with was not very tasty. Breakfast was very good.

We were initially given a room that didn't have windows, except at the top. i called and requested a room change and this was absolutely no issue. i new room was organised and prepared and someone came to move us. The new room was absolutely stunning with large windows which open up. the rooms are beautiful in every way shape and form. The pool service was outstanding. The checking service from when we were picked up at out car until we settled in our new room was outstanding. we had dinner at Brambles and the food was excellent and the ambiance was amazing. Breakfast was again outstanding and the service from the waiter and the manager was just out of this world. We were allowed to have a late check out which we appreciated so much... I cant put into words how great this place was, thank you so much for an outstanding stay. i will be back and thats a promise.

Stayed here for just one night, partner had a massage which she enjoyed. Utilised the sauna, steam room and jacuzzi and all hot with a private setting in lovely area.ate at brambles for dinner and breakfast, both times very nice. If was ever back in Johannesburg I would come back here again, look after Accor members too with an upgrade for loyalty, good experience overall

There was no DSTV and no one could help us connect, they tried and said they are coming back ,however they never did or further communicated The WIFI signal was bad, maybe blame the weather, I'm not sure
