1. Wifi network is too low to cover the rooms. I 1st stay at 129, asked to be transffered. I was given 122 but still Wifi Network low. This affect us when we need internet for business purposes. ( Please install WIFI extenders) 2. Please install corridor sensor lights. Lights stay on the whole night and thus disturb slight sleeper as it protrude thruough dor gaps and thus the rooms are not darker

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast menu could do with a revamp to accommodate everyone. As someone who doesn’t eat chicken and pork, breakfast was quite limiting for me.

TV/DSTV services didn't work, Not enough drinking water in the room, elevator didn't work. I didn't have the chance to stay for breakfast but team gave pack which incl pork (I have halal diet - staff could've checked of any preferences). Aircon was very noisy (old tech). Yes, the rate was affordable but I won't be staying there again.

We are sorry that the TV/DSTV, Wi‑Fi in Room 200, and elevator were not working, and that the aircon was noisy. These concerns have been flagged for urgent maintenance. We also apologise for not providing enough drinking water in the room. Regarding the breakfast pack, we regret the oversight in not checking your halal dietary requirements. We are reinforcing our procedures to ensure preferences are always confirmed before preparing takeaway meals. Your check‑out experience should have been warmer and more engaging, and we will be addressing this with our team. Thank you again for your feedback.
