The hotel is fine apart from the room we had must have had smokers as it was really overbearing as we walked in, we are not smokers. There was an ashtray in the room which surprised us as we would not have expected guests to be smoking in such a small room. We did speak to the reception and they offered to change our room the following day. They sprayed the room and we opened the windows. As we were in Jhb for our event at Gallagher we really did not have time to chop and change so we remained in the room, the cleaning lady did freshen the room to make it more bearable. Suggestion place notices in all rooms "No Smoking" have smoke alarms because it is not pleasant walking into a room that smells of smoke.

My experience was fairly good. 1. Staff accomodated to my needs and allowed me early check and late check out. 2. Breakfast can be improved a little for the price that is paid. 3. Room was a little stuffy. 4. Location was great and was convenient for my trip. Close to mall and Gautrain.
