Dear J. Thank you for reviewing the hotel, we appreciate your feedback. We only put one bottle of water in the rooms for arrivals; that's the standard of our hotel. I've raised your concerns about putting water daily on the rooms and i will be reverting back to you in regard to the response. We also have water at the bar that we sell for our stay-in guests. 1. The lift still has a "temporarily unavailable" signage that was there 2 years ago. It is quite a hassle to navigate stairs to the and from the 3rd floor with a suitcase 2. The shower has a handheld shower head - zero consideration for height constraints 3. The TV was preloaded with apps that did not work - the staff sang the same song every day "the team is working on the connection" 4. Breakfast was not warmed throughout, I assume it was kept warm for the early risers, but bacon was super cold when I had breakfast

Use Mould Buster. You can buy it from the Builders Hardware store. Use this and spray in the showers and bathroom... it will kill and clean all the mould, and you will be able to removed 99% of all black spots.... quick, easy and cheap to do. You should provide a bottle of water every day of the guest's stay, not just once and not again. The milk product used for coffee/tea is not of a great quality. Your server around breakfast needs to improve. The staff are not friendly, and what they produce is not great.
