The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast menu could do with a revamp to accommodate everyone. As someone who doesn’t eat chicken and pork, breakfast was quite limiting for me.

TV/DSTV services didn't work, Not enough drinking water in the room, elevator didn't work. I didn't have the chance to stay for breakfast but team gave pack which incl pork (I have halal diet - staff could've checked of any preferences). Aircon was very noisy (old tech). Yes, the rate was affordable but I won't be staying there again.

We are sorry that the TV/DSTV, Wi‑Fi in Room 200, and elevator were not working, and that the aircon was noisy. These concerns have been flagged for urgent maintenance. We also apologise for not providing enough drinking water in the room. Regarding the breakfast pack, we regret the oversight in not checking your halal dietary requirements. We are reinforcing our procedures to ensure preferences are always confirmed before preparing takeaway meals. Your check‑out experience should have been warmer and more engaging, and we will be addressing this with our team. Thank you again for your feedback. Please is clean, the staff is always ready to assist. Thanks to everyone who assisted us in the morning of the 13 February 2026, our car had battery problems and the guys from reception and gate security helped us by push starting the car even though it was raining. It's not our first visit and it's always a joy to see and interact with mama Nosipho at reception, she's such a wonderful person, she'd ask about how our day was and that feels homely. Thanks to everyone, the house keeping staff thoroughly keep the rooms clean. Only regret is the lack of relaxing/lounging/pool area especially when one needs fresh air and a bit of sun (vitamin D) after spending the day in the boardroom.
