Dear J. Thank you for reviewing the hotel, we appreciate your feedback. We only put one bottle of water in the rooms for arrivals; that's the standard of our hotel. I've raised your concerns about putting water daily on the rooms and i will be reverting back to you in regard to the response. We also have water at the bar that we sell for our stay-in guests. Q., Thank you for rating of our hotel, your feedback helps us improve where we are Laking, we would like to apologies for the inconvenience caused during your stay, the hotel has no lift at the moment, and we do not know when it will be fixed. We are busy processing an upgrade on TV's hence you can only watch our channels nothing else, i would like to apologies for the cold breakfast we have taken action in order to issue that this does not happen again. Dear M., Thank you so much for reviewing our hotel, your concerns mean's a lot to us. We were busy with refurbishments of the rooms, we have new rooms, new TV's and extended Wi-Fi now. In regard to Wi-fi we've always had it maybe you were unable to access it, in your next booking kindly ask the receptionists to assist you with Wi-fi log-in details.
