The hotel is well located and easy to access and this was my third time staying at this location. The rooms are quite basic but clean. The front desk staff are amazing. Very helpful and friendly. For some reason the cleaners did not remove empty drinking glasses from the room, that we brought up from the bar, and they remained there, during the entire stay. They were left on the counter??? The restaurant was a disappointment yet again. I have stayed here three times and each time it is in disarray. I had to leave each time when I was hoping for a meal. The restaurant seems continuously understaffed. No less than EIGHT tables were filled with dirty dishes and there was not place to seat on this latest visit. And that happened two nights in a row. Even getting a drink was a challenge and again we left. I am honestly not sure if I would choose this location again. The Leonardo next door is handy or perhaps the other Novotel would be worth trying. Hopefully you can address these issues.

The location is perfec 2 minutes to the underground and the area is safe and quiet neat to London Tower Bridge and Thames river cruise for sightseeing. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

I was there on business. Really like the hotel. The room was just what I need, and a great space for me to work too. I like the reception staff, friendly and also professional. My only suggestion is the restaurant, the staff could be a tad more attentive. I will of course stay again!
