My stay at the Novotel London Tower Bridge was enjoyable. The front desk and restaurant staff were very friendly and attentive. Location is great for jumping on the metro at Tower Hill.

We had booked four rooms, but when we arrived, our second room was not ready. As a result, we did not get rooms next to our children. We stayed on the 7th floor, where they were carrying out fireproofing work using a sealing material with a very strong smell. The breakfast was okay, but quite chaotic—far too many people and staff running around. Items were constantly running out and not being refilled in time. The rooms themselves were very nice and clean, but it was unpleasant that there was such a strong smell from the work the contractors were doing. I also wonder why foreign workers were hired when I know there is high unemployment in the UK. Will we come back? Honestly, I’m not sure.

We recognize that maintaining a comfortable environment is paramount, and we appreciate your understanding during this necessary maintenance. Regarding breakfast, I regret that the experience was less than satisfactory due to the crowding and delays in replenishing items. We continuously work on improving our service during peak times.
