We had a fantastic experience here, and the staff truly made our stay special. Ava, who handled our check-in, was wonderful and welcomed us so warmly. Later that night, Doren (from the night staff, trying to remember his name) went above and beyond to help us track down a fan, which we incredibly appreciated. Exceptional service all around—highly recommend this hotel!

Did not like how I felt pressured to scan the QR code and lave a review in order to get my bags from storage. Was a nice, clean quiet hotel. liked the location but realized my family needs a seperate bathroom, not open into the room.

Easy reach to both the bus services, Fenchurch Street, tour buses and Tower Hill underground. Quiet and confortable hotel. We liked the bar and restaurant too. Great staff .
