Easy location and affordable. We stayed here for 2 nights and found the bed and shower facilities very good for what we paid. The room isn’t huge, but clean and a good place to come rest your head and clean up after a big day/night. Would recommend - also very friendly staff

Located near city hall/opera house, hermitage museum (boat Amsterdam tour dock as well). It is about a 15-20 min walk from central station. Close to indoor glow in the dark fold, Nemo science museum. Our hotel room was comfy but no tea or coffee making facilities, beds were too close together for twin beds. Bed was comfortable but pillows were not, our room was very noisy so don’t expect to sleep in as lots of doors banging and equipment being moved. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was ok but not worth €17, breakfast items were not consistent which could be an issue if travelling with under 18s or people with dietary requirements. Hotel can arrange taxi from airport to hotel at cost of €55 but you can book via another service for €40 easily. Luggage can be left at the hotel if you have a late flight which is helpful. Online check on was a waste of time as still have to report to reception and show ID and wait to be checked in so I would not bother with this step until it is fully automated.

Terrible hotel overall

Explorer11801423660 Solo travel - TripAdvisor review

The rooms are small and have no carpets. There is no wardrobe and only 4 hangers on a rail in a makeshift corner with a wooden surround. There are no drawers for clothes. There is no kettle in the room to make tea or coffee. The mattresses are thin and slide on the single beds. The staff in general are helpful except for one manager called Eduardo who is blatantly rude ! This guy asks I want a drink and I politely say no thanks . He then asks if I'm a guest as I'm sitting in the bar area on the second afternoon and when I say I am he demands to know my room number and demands proof as if I'm lying about being a guest. I refer him to the reception staff and he ignores that. Totally unacceptable!! He doesn't apologise for his aggressive behaviour. There was also a night when I got back to my room which was left open after the cleaner had been in. The lock was 'locked open ' and the door was ajar so anyone could have got in. The price I paid was full price , it would have been cheaper on booking.com. Breakfast was ok .
