Staff very friendly breakfast well presented. Was told when checking in our room wouldn’t be cleaned unless we notified front desk,to ou surprise it was cleaned daily. Very happy would stay again if travelling to Melbourne again.

We stayed for 8 days from 13 March to 21 March. We had a superior King Room and couldn't fault the room at all. We had enough space for our stay.

Very poorly cleaned & much older than the pictures

It was worse than a cheap country motel.... The bed looked lumpy, the room was not the cleanest & when we went to complain they were not very much help blaming the fact we purchased through a booking agent.
