We stayed at the Pullman for the Christmas festive activities. I can not rave on how amazing this place was . There was a small hickup with a minor miscommunication and the duty manager Anish fixed the problem and made us feel so welcome . The rooms are so sleek and clean and overall the customer service is A+ we will be staying here again

Location is excellent. Everything else is very average. Weird nightclub style flashing lights in the gym, which is spacious with lots of equipment, although generally pretty untidy. Room service not great, very inconsistent.

Room was great, reception seemed understaffed, they can't follow up on a left behind item, hotel didnt answer you phone all day Sunday. if you were full house, staff accordingly!! I wouldn't rush back to Pullman Melbourne City Centre. Nope.

As a Platinum Member I am always disappointed in this hotel as every time I visit the Accor Priority desk is never manned and check in takes too long even when checked in on-line; Providing ID etc
