Room was great, reception seemed understaffed, they can't follow up on a left behind item, hotel didnt answer you phone all day Sunday. if you were full house, staff accordingly!! I wouldn't rush back to Pullman Melbourne City Centre. Nope.

As a Platinum Member I am always disappointed in this hotel as every time I visit the Accor Priority desk is never manned and check in takes too long even when checked in on-line; Providing ID etc

Hotel was well located. Facilities were clean. toilet seat in the room was broken and the roof top bar was unable to be accessed due to a function which was part of the reason we stayed there, and couldn’t access our complimentary welcome drink.

First time staying here since the upgrade was completed. Room was very nice, location is great, but was amazing that there is no bar or dining room available on a Sunday or Monday when Blossom Rooftop Bar is closed. Only option for a evening drink was room service with it's very pricey $10 service charge. Came back from a show thinking dinner and a drink to find we had no options available.
