Stayed at the Pullman for 4 nights. Good location in la Defense with great connectivity into town via public transport. Rooms were clean and decent sized. Only down was the matresses - they clearly need replacing and they have gone soft in the middle.

The stay was ok. I paid for a nice view but got a view of the construction site which was not pleasant.

Arrived 50 minutes before check-in, and despite available rooms, I wasn't allowed to check in early. With only 1:30 before my meetings, this was really inconvenient. Most hotels that are considered 'five stars' wouldn't do this. To make things worse, the receptionist was very rude and could definitely use some training. For a hotel in a business district, I expected much better service. Overall, everything felt average. I'd recommend booking somewhere else.
