Great location to Christmas market, great staff and great hotel. Really poor windows that block virtually no noise.

No remote for the tv. The bed was not soft enough. The douche was for my wife not suitable. I like scrumbled eggs with bacon but that was not available. No minibar.

It’s obvious that this is an old hotel that hasn’t kept up with the times. It smells musty and strongly of cigarette smoke. The bathroom is very small, and the bed has two mattresses, which is not appreciated by everyone. The breakfast isn’t varied enough. Considering the price I paid, I expected much better. I will never return to this hotel, and I wouldn’t recommend it either.
