That said, we sincerely regret that some aspects of your visit fell short of your expectations. Regarding the soundproofing, our accommodations feature double-glazed windows and are designed for comfort, though we’ll certainly take your input into consideration. We also acknowledge your comments about power outlets and have shared them for future planning. Sleep disturbances are unusual for our guests, and we hope you will give us another opportunity to demonstrate our usual high standards.
