Hotel is extremely dated. The room I had looked like it hadn’t been refreshed in years. Big problem with the bathroom facilities. Shower over a bath - and on the last morning of my stay the shower took 6minutes to provide hot water. The breakfast is not worth the price and I would suggest to not go for this and go to a local cafe instead. Stay here for good location - but don’t expect much more than a bed.

Plus: Well-located and easy check-in check-out. Friendly receptionist and good-listener manager. Minus: Unstable hot water shower at room 430. Housekeeping service wasn't in the level which I could trust. Found moldy bread during breakfast and informed the waitress however not saying anything. And many times error with room keycard which quite annoying (note: those minus points had been shared with the manager during check-out since she asked)

We were in Dortmund for the CL match between Borussia Dortmund and Bodø Glimt, and stayed two nights. We arrived after midnight with a delayed train, but check-in was smooth and efficient. Good beds, clean bathroom, ok breakfast. Very central and convenient location: 3 minutes walk from Hauptbahnhof, U-bahn literally outside the entrance door, and walking distance anywhere in the city centre.
