That hotel has a good location but for the service i could not say same thing it is not enough clean because they did not vacuum the room untill the check out when we check in the hotel we receive body towels but they did not change never until we check out from the hotel but they change foot towel also light is not enough for the room therefore for the slipers it is not their rotiune we should ask to reception it should be ready in the room we were excepting like this

Regarding slippers, we would like to clarify that according to the official national hotel category for a three star property in Austria, slippers are not part of the required standard amenities. If guests prefer additional comforts such as slippers, these are typically included in higher category hotels. The room basically only has a bed and a bathroom. That’s it. No fridge, no kettle, no tea.

Our rooms follow the classic ibis standards and are designed in a functional and minimalist way, which means that items such as a fridge or a kettle are not included. These amenities are also not part of the standard equipment for a three star hotel in Austria. We would also like to kindly point out that it is not stated anywhere in our descriptions that the rooms are equipped with a fridge or a kettle. I had two bookings: one for work for the first days and privately for the weekend. Because I apparently booked different rooms, I had to change my room between the bookings whereas the rooms were actually exactly the same. There was no reason to make me move from one room to the other. Eventually, on my departure day, I asked if I could leave my luggage at the Ibis hotel in Hauptbahnhof, they didn’t know if it would be possible. Arrived there, the person said it’s not possible. What is the purpose of booking in a chain like Ibis if we could not use this opportunity ?

Regarding the room change between your two bookings: although the rooms may appear identical, they belonged to different room categories, which made a room move necessary in our system. We understand that this was inconvenient and will review how we can coordinate such situations more smoothly in the future. We would also like to clarify the situation regarding luggage storage at another ibis hotel. Although all ibis properties belong to the same brand family, each hotel operates independently and has its own security and space policies. For this reason, luggage storage can only be used by guests of the respective hotel, not by guests staying at other ibis locations. In many hotels, the available space for storing luggage is limited, so we must prioritise the belongings of guests currently staying with us. As an alternative, we kindly recommend the lockers available directly at Vienna Hauptbahnhof, which are specifically designed for safe and convenient luggage storage.
