My only adverse comment is to do with food. Cooked Breakfasts were generally cold. the Scotch fillet had no flavour. it was very disappointing.

All if the staff we dealt with were friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. The room and bathroom very clean and beds comfortable. Parking was easy to find, restaurants served great dinner, snacks, cocktails and coffee. Definitely be back.

The food overall was fantastic, especially the buffet breakfast. The service at breakfast was also great. I really liked how the air conditioning in the rooms can be individually controlled or turned off. One of my bath towels had a bit of mould on it though. It was only visible when light was shone through it. I used the other one. Regarding the shower cubicle, I noticed that the water could easily come through the shower door gap. The air conditioning in the function room worked really well and was appreciated on that very hot day.

For the price of the room to find it not cleaned properly I’m very disappointed. The bathroom hasn’t been cleaned properly. The basin was dirty. There was NO face washer. There what looked like human faeces on the floor outside the room on the carpet across from our door. It was there on arrival and still there the next morning even though the cleaner was still there when we arrived and had also picked up a tray right beside it. Probably the worst motel I’ve stayed in.
