Excellent stay. We were able to park our car early before check in which was a great help. Staff were great they even gave us an upgrade. Room was comfortable. Bed was excellent. So close to the concert it was fantastic. Breakfast was also great. 10/10

Staff were nice and very helpful. My room had a broken curtain so it did not close properly allowing light in day and night. There was no drink on arrival given even though I added my membership prior to check in. Water was only available at the bar downstairs from a tap but no bottle was provided in the room to fill. Room was nice - bed and pillows comfortable.

Good things: The staff were lovely, our room was clean and comfortable. We drove from interstate to attend a concert at Accor stadium and it was very convenient to save time by staying so close. Not good things: I understand supply and demand however the event pricing really is extreme. The cost was also front of mind when trying to get to sleep with music and PA noise from the bar downstairs that continued after midnight. It was so loud that even on the ninth floor we could hear every word of the songs, announcements from the DJ and people singing along. Any time we saved by staying close was negated by being unable to sleep. There appeared to be no sound proofing at all offered by the single pane windows. Keep this in mind if expecting an early restful night.
