Clean but very vanilla room/hotel at Olympic Park. Mattress tired and saggy in the middle. Well located but lack of amenities such as gym/pool.

The room appeared tidy on arrival and it was clear that housekeeping had been through, which we appreciated. However, despite looking neat at first glance, the overall cleanliness was disappointing. There was someone else’s hair left on the towels and in the bath, which was quite off-putting. Unfortunately, the experience was made worse when a large cockroach appeared on the headboard that evening. While the room initially presented well, the level of cleanliness did not meet expectations and impacted our stay
