My adult daughter is mobility impaired and is required to go to Sydney for regular specialist appointments. The accessible room meets her needs perfectly and the bed is super comfortable. I raised with the reception the issue we sometimes have getting side by side or interconnecting rooms as my daughter needs assistance and wondered why we can't get an accessible room with 2 x beds. After some consultation, she advised we can call and book the accessible room and request a bed be added to the room. A great solution to save us some money and still stay at our preferred location. Thank you!

After making several phone calls regarding a pair of glasses and a jacket left in my room, I have received no communication at all

I was very disappointed that I had booked this for my husband and noted that on booking, app and at online confirmation and yet on arrival this was not noted and they would not check him in then waiting for me to be called .
