The rooms were very small, but the staff were exceptional.

We came to stay for a big event that the hotel was not prepared for the volume of people. The stairs were blocked off/closed and the elevators were very slow with big lines. A young man on the reception desk did give me a tip to go through Vibe elevators as I had my young daughter and it was getting very late (a tip we very much appreciated). Returning to our room, we discovered that our room was directly above the nightclub/brewery below and the room definitely wasn’t sound proof - the hotel was sold out so didn’t bother asking for another room but did query how long the music would be going for, what time do they close. It is disappointing that there was no consideration of a family with a young child when assigning the rooms - I stated the age of my daughter when booking. Families should not be placed above with loud music playing till after 1am.

I also apologise for the challenges you encountered with elevator wait times and access around the hotel. While I’m glad to hear our reception team member was able to offer guidance with the Vibe elevators, I understand that the overall experience was still disappointing and not what you or your family expected.
