Booked a king bed was more like a queen... Tv remote won't change channels. Rooms are run down..

An error was made with our reservation but was adequately rectified by the night manager. Subsequently the hotel offered us a full refund despite accommodating us for the night. I was refreshingly impressed with their customer service.

We would like to apologize for the mess up upon your arrival. There were two bookings under the same name. Nirajan asked the guest if they booked two rooms and they said yes that is why he checked both room in without noticing the phone numbers are different. He was very upset and i am sure he wont make the same mistake again. But he has learned from it. Thank you for your understanding. Too noisy at nighttime. Pretty dirty overall

All areas were dirty, mainly living/dinning room.Microwave was full of old food inside. Never cleaned. Floors were dirty mainly everywhere. Not camming back ever.
