I checked in. Was given a room after much waiting and several phone calls by the Checkin Desk Staff. Went up to the room and walked in on a gentleman who was undressing. It was horrifying. I then went back down and was given another room. This second room was the loudest room I have ever stayed at in any hotel. I barely slept through the night. The next morning I requested to be moved and the staff assured me they would have a room for me later in the day, as I had to run to appointment and was not going to be back until later to move. When I arrived later that evening, I was told there were no rooms. Absolutely non to move me to. So I spent another sleepless night in the loud room. Finally, on the 3rd try, I was given a proper room. In that final room everything was ok. But most of the days, the regular coffee was not restocked. When I called about this, I was brought 2 packets and again the coffee was not refilled. My stay was ok but I had expected more from a fine establishment such as yours.

A great place to travel around Paris, where you can mix hectic parisian city life and a quiet road where you can sit back in the hotel. Staff are professional and friendly. Love this 2 aspects when I am in Paris

Short stay. Big room and comfy bed. Sofa bed acceptable for 7yr old. Tea selection poor but appreciated the bottled water in the fridge. Great shower. Fantastic pool, table tennis and table football for fun.
