Booking in and out was easy. Room was clean and as expected. Only comment was that the pull out bed was down and it made it difficult to hand my clothes. Breakfast good. Overall very happy.

Not the worst experience but not somewhere I would actively seek to go back to. Check in took a while as they couldn't find my booking, then I had a triple room even though I booked a double - this comprised a pull out single bed crammed next to the double bed, wedging the desk against the window meaning you couldn't close the curtains. Previous occupant had left stuff behind which made me question the cleaning. Bathroom door didn't shut, toilet was leaning, room was cold and no hand towels were provided. Not the worst hotel i've been in but not the great experience I had when compared to the IBIS in Liverpool.

When I arrived I checked in and walked into a room that someone else was already in. I was then given a new room by a lovely receptionist. An hour or so later I was laying in bed and someone then used a key to walk into my room, I jumped up and she apologised and walked out. Bathroom was very run down and the kettle station had no plug!

After two weeks still no extra points for not asking daily room cleanings during whole stay
