Checked into the ibis . The room was dirt . Stains on the bed . The toilet had not been cleaned from The previous guest. They was human waste stains still in the toilet pan. I have never been into a hotel room as disgusting as this . This hotel was terrible. I ask for a refund from the front desk . They said as long as booking.com send them a email they would possess a refund . Booking . Com said the email and the manager refused it. When I ask the girl on the from desk if she would stay in that room , her reply was no I would not .

DO NOT PARK IN CAR PARK- We got broken into. Not secure as advertised

The hotel its self was fine. However, i phoned before we stayed and was told that the car park was secure, had a secure gate and CCTV. We paid for parking and returned on another occasion to use the car park... paying £20 for the privilege. The car park is NOT SECURE... our van got broken into we had thousands of pounds of damage done and all our tools stolen. When we checked we were told the CCTV is not accessible and the gate was wide open. Not a secure car park. DO NOT PARK IN THIS CAR PARK

Expected a high level of road noise based on the hotel's proximity to a busy road, however it was surprisingly quiet and not an issue at all. Room was clean and perfect for our needs.

Hotel was meant to be in Canary Wharf but definitely much further outside (docklands). Due to roadworks it was difficult to walk from Canary Wharf tube station to the hotel.

Generally the hotel was fine. Bed was comfy. Air-con did not work though. This was raised with reception who confirmed it's the same in all rooms. In the winter (which I'm not sure early October classes as winter) the cooling aspect of the air-con does not work. Instead only heat is given out. This is not ideal, since the room was very warm on the two nights we visited. Also, the hand soap in the bathroom was empty on arrival and was not replenished throughout our stay.
