We used two rooms bouble bed for two days . All good but 209 where I stayed didn't have air cooler on the last night .I only noticed night around 10pm ..it didn't work no light. As it's too late and we were tired didn't inform the receiption.but reported on our departure. That night with hot weather was very difficult .

I found my room to have not been cleaned and was dirty from the previous guest. Not sure how that fits in with your covid protocol. Room was obviously changed when I complained but still!

My stay was ok however the bed was so hard and has left me with pains to this day!. Food was good and people helpful when needed!

Booked a twin disabled room and was given a double. Father and son can't share so husband had to sleep.in the car. No refund. Not impressed.

I found the below message you left on the reservation :'my son is disabled so one room must be disabled, we have 3 rooms in total for 3 adults and 2 teens, please can we be as close as possible' Looking at the bedrooms given, one of them was disabled and the other 2 rooms for regular, therefore this meets your request. If you would have wanted to have another disabled room, I am sure we would have had this available on another floor. However, I understand you wanted 3 rooms as close as possible to each other. How come it’s ok for customers to smoke dope in rooms and beer garden but I can not drink a tin of beer from supermarket in the beer garden and if yours was not so expensive I would willingly buy your beer we have had to do this for last 18 months.and also you can eat takeout food when you serve it

I don't usually bother to leave reviews but this stay was above my expectations. Decent room, decent parking and very good food. tips: apply for a parking ticket every day of your stay for the next 5 days at least, to make sure you don't get one; clean the tv remove with acid before using it; order the burger !!

Trouble free stay - staff welcoming and helpful, room clean. Only criticism is smokers right by the reception door on entering - I'm not anti smoking but would rather not walk through people's smoke to get in to the hotel.

A lot of noise and the room was so hot, air con was blowing out hot air. Also when we went down for breakfast we was then informed that actually we had to book it which we was not informed about when checking in.

Having stayed at this hotel many times prior to the recent covid crisis, i was somewhat disappointed on this stay. The room had a cobweb in one corner and there was a large amount of dust on the top shelf of the wardrobe. A previously half eaten Chinese meal had been left outside in the corridor on our arrival and it was there when we departed the following morning! Tv reception was very hit and miss with few channels working correctly. My main concern was the breakfast bags which consisted of an open brown bag containing various items. The croissant and pastry did not appear to be fresh and the apple provided was of poor quality. More worryingly, it was obvious that some of the bags had been "rifled" through by previous residents taking what they wanted from the bags, as the first bag I picked up was missing various items. However I would say during normal times the full English breakfast was always first class. Despite my previous comments it will not prevent me from using this hotel in future The reception staff , as always were very pleasant
