Stay was comfortable and the staff friendly and helpful. I think I had a wheelchair accessible room as the basin was way too low. Minor inconvenience.

Room: I think I ended up on a Deluxe Room. Bed was great and the good size business desk was a plus. On the other hand, I found the chaise longue was so close to the bed that it didn't create a separate sitting area very effectively so the 28m2 room didn't feel as spacious as some other similarly sized rooms I've stayed in. Everything was clean. Facilities: The comfortable lobby bar and food and drink options are excellent and a real highlight of the stay here. The extensive menu is 1/3 middle eastern, 1/3 Indian and 1/3 "classics"(burger, steak frites, barramundi, pasta etc) with tons of complementary options, and everything I had, all from the Middle Eastern section, was five stars. The full menu appeared to be available for in room dining which must make this one of the best room service offerings in Melbourne. There were a good range of drink options at the bar. The breakfast buffet had some rotating Asian options (noodles, laksa - which were great) in addition to the usuals. Staff were all great. Check in and out were smooth. No issues arose. Overall I was very happy to stay and I'd look forward to returning.
