I stayed at the ibis Hotel Edinburgh right on the Royal Mile and it was the perfect accommodation due to its incredibly central location. The rooms were basic but cozy and comfortable, which was exactly what I needed after a long day of exploring the city. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating; they even allowed us to keep our room for an extra hour after checkout because it was raining and we were feeling cold. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Edinburgh!

We love to stay in this hotel when visiting Edinburgh. It’s just steps from the Royal Mile and great restaurants. The rooms are small but very clean and efficient. The staff here were extremely efficient and friendly. Breakfast each morning was the typical Scottish breakfast - hearty!
