This was my first time staying at Pullman Dubai, and from the moment I arrived, the experience exceeded every expectation. Ashanee welcomed us at check‑in with genuine warmth and professionalism, setting the tone for the entire stay. At the Executive Lounge, we were looked after by Dinushi, who was incredibly friendly and attentive. She made sure every request was taken care of and created an atmosphere that truly felt like home. Her service alone is enough reason for me to return. Staying in the Executive Room with lounge access was absolutely worth it — the quality of the food, service, and overall hospitality was outstanding. I’ve already decided that all my future stays in Dubai will be at Pullman, and specifically in their Executive Rooms. A special mention as well to the entire team at the restaurant and bar, and to Dhananjay from housekeeping, who ensured our room was always spotless and comfortable. Their attention to detail made our stay even more memorable. Highly recommended, and without a doubt, I’ll be back.
