My stay was fraught with challenges but not necessarily related to the resort. The manager was lovely to deal with but based on a number of issues experienced I won't be back and I'd caution anyone else going.

Booked bed and breakfast for one night, go to buffet next day, the young man told me we are not on list. As Accor platinum member, reservation team told me I can check out at 11:30am, somehow housekeeping staff come at 10am and told me she did not receive any information about this. We brought fruit for kids, the temp of fridge are higher that normal, after one night, they all got mold on them, the receptionist told me “normally” guests will bring ice pad to put in with their food. Ac is loud and there is spider, mosquito and cockroach in the room, but we did not open door for them to come in. In general, we are here for kids’ birthday, they are having fun in the pool and do enjoy mini golf. But the vines resort will not be my first option for celebration hotel in the future.
