I was having work done on my home and as I live locally I always stay here. My grandchildren can come for a swim, and my daughter in-laws can come for a relaxing time while grandparents watch the kiddos.

Stayed in Novotel attending a wedding over the weekend. Okay experience, the room was clean, good sizer bathrooms. The AC was quite loud in our room. The pool is available for guests. Breakfast is not included but was $30 for a buffet option. Parking is available, not undercover. Easy to spot the roos as it is away from the big city, if you are looking for them

We have been visiting the Vines for many years and have enjoyed our stays however over the last couple of years have felt disappointed. The staff are alwayws friendly and efficient, our rooms have been clean and well presented. Some of the little touches that have been discontinued are missed however through Covid and beyond I recognise that cost restraint is necessary, the updates to the rooms are great.The one area that is not so good is the meals. We are Accor members and have often in the past enjoyed meals at the Restaurant however the restaurant is often not open and the option at the bar has become predictable and average.Perhaps a blackboard menu of specials might help. As Accor members , the discounts on meals is a drawcard however not so much if it feels like a typical pub menu .

The grounds are very tired looking and a lot need replacing. The food was very disappointing to say the least. My friend that was with us is a chef and could tell a lot of the food was frozen and heated in a microwave. Staff unfriendly and unhelpful. We saw a cockroach during breakfast, therefore was really put off. We spent our last day getting food outside the resort.
