Novotel Bali Benoa 5 stars

We had the pleasure of staying at the Novotel Benoa Bali for 15 wonderful nights in a Tropical, 1 King Bed, Beach Wing. The room was spacious clean, well serviced, good air con, with a very comfortable King Bed. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and went out of their way to make our stay very enjoyable, and a memorable holiday. There was always a great variety of food, well presented, to cater for all diets and tastes. Pools were always well maintained, with fresh towels available. Overall a great resort, that we would thoroughly recommend, and look forward to returning too in the near future. Graeme & Joan.

The experience of staying at Accor hotels is always enjoyable, especially at Novotel Bali Benoa which is a newly renovated hotel with upgraded facilities offered to guests. All the staff at this hotel were very friendly, they upgrade my room as a benefit of Accor Plus membership. Direct access to the beach is one of the plus points of this hotel. Overall, I really enjoyed staying at this hotel, and I highly recommend Novotel Bali Benoa.

If your wanting to get away from the hustle and bustle of areas like Kuta Semiyak head to Nusa Dua Staff were amazing very friendly and attentive We had 1 night of madness with noisy neighbours but generally rooms are very quiet. I was slightly apprehensive about returning to Bali but it was perfect. The Novotel as 7/11 type stores and great restaurants close by. Just go you'll have the best time

As a Platinum Accor member I stayed 7 nights. I was initially disappointed with the room, advertised at 42m2, but my room was 28m2. However the room was nice and comfy and everything worked. Unfortunately for the first 3 days I had a family with 4 screaming kids next door, they screamed all day and throughout the night. I specifically asked not to be near kids at check in. Front desk apologised each day but not much they could do. You can also hear people in the next room talking normally so it can be very noisy. Internet, including so called high speed was very slow with constant dropouts. Speeds were usually 1 to 3 Mbps with many lengthy dropouts. Breakfast was average most days. Dinner was buffet style and very expensive as were drinks. Like most of Bali, the staff are excellent. I have stayed in nicer areas at hotels just as nice without the problems for much less so I wouldn’t stay here again.
