We had an amazing time in Cartagena. Rudy is a great butler who greeted us and provided a true five star experiance. Our suite was so comfortable and a perfect family gathering location. The boys room at the other side of the hotel was just as comfortable if a bit smaller, but had a enticing view of the pool and garden. Rudy's suggestions for tours, dining, and beaches made the trip truly wonderful! It was like a homecoming to a place we had dreamed of beu never been. We will be back again!
