Zunächst möchten wir uns herzlich für Ihr Lob an unser Empfangsteam bedanken – es freut uns sehr, dass Sie sich dort freundlich behandelt gefühlt haben. Gleichzeitig bedauern wir sehr, dass die Sauberkeit Ihres Zimmers nicht Ihren Erwartungen und unseren eigenen Standards entsprochen hat. Ihre Schilderungen – vom nicht gemachten Bett über Staubflusen bis hin zu den Silberfischen im Bad – entsprechen keinesfalls dem Service, den wir unseren Gästen bieten möchten. Wir nehmen Ihre Hinweise sehr ernst und haben bereits Rücksprache mit unserem Housekeeping-Team gehalten, um den Vorfall intern aufzuarbeiten und entsprechende Maßnahmen zur Qualitätsverbesserung einzuleiten.
