Poor air conditioning

The location is convenientfor therailway station Reception areas and bar very dark. Unfortunatly: Air conditioning very inadequate. Had run out of local mosel reisling wine! Substitute offered was of very low quality and undrinkable.

Great location with parking

We have stayed in many Ibis/Accor hotels and this rates very highly. We love the location, the parking, the fact that there is a bar on site is a big plus for us. The rooms are always basic but the beds comfortable and a lovely warm shower. T.V. could have more channels as we couldn't get our firestick to connect to the wifi. The breakfast was very good. Cereal choice excellent and delicious coffee. A bigger selection of breads, or maybe toast or pancakes would have made it a 10 out of 10 for me. The staff were lovely! We were too early for check-in so had a few drinks in the bar and the staff were so welcoming and helped us with a map and suggestions of what to see and do in Koblenz.

Budget hotel and feel like budget

The hotel was clean and nice, but it is a budget hotel that feels like a budget hotel. I will say the room was spacious for a budget hotel. The air conditioner did not work well. I had it going full blast for more than 24 hours and it was still stuffy in the room. I finally resorted to opening a window and using the A/C at the same time which helped.

Room was clean, as was the bathroom. Room was advertised as twin beds but they were stacked together which you cannot change so it was more a Room for couples. This is not as advertised. The showers thermostat was broken so I burned myself while taking a shower because the water suddenly went from okay to really hot. Overal an unsatisfied experience. Would not recommend.
