We had two rooms booked for 5 girls for a quick trip for the Christmas markets. The staff couldn’t do enough for us. Our rooms were directly across from each other. The staff were all so friendly and kept our luggage so we could explore the city after checkout. There are a number of bus stops right outside the hotel and a lovely 15 minute stroll along the river to get to Westminster and the London eye!

A good stay, probably the fourth or fifth time I have stayed in this hotel. This is mainly because it is comfortable, the location is good and there is car parking available. However there were a couple of issues with the room.

Reception service wasn’t the level it should be. Very friendly service but not effective. I needed to get a taxi for a meeting - it shouldn’t have been difficult to order one at reception but it was. There were two of us, one checked in first, I rang the hotel ahead to notify the hotel, shouldn’t have been an issue but it was. I wanted to check out, I gave my name it shouldn’t have been a problem but it was. The children’s room is filthy and all the toys broken and old. Not really the kind of offering I’d expect from a central London Accor hotel. Rooms were well appointed and clean. The food in the restaurant was not good on this occasion or when I ate there the last time I stayed. I won’t try the catering again.
