This is a comfortable hotel with all the necessary amenities (including A/C and WiFi) and the location is superb! It is literally one bridge away from the Houses of Parliament! It can't get any better than that! The buffet breakfast was well worth the 21 GBP! And children eat for free! A special note about the staff - they were all very nice and helpful. Thank you!

The location of this property is ideal as far as I'm concerned. There are several Underground stations nearby (Lambeth North, Vauxhall, Westminster, Elephant and Castle, and Waterloo). As you might imagine given that it's adjacent to a large police station, the area is very safe. The hotel is well-kept, serving a nice hot and cold breakfast buffet. Personally, the staff is what makes it stand out most of all. Everyone there is friendly and willing to do what is necessary to meet the needs of the guests. I've never had a request not be fullfilled well and promptly. This has been my preferred hotel in London for years, and I've never been disappointed during any stay.
