The good: location was great and the staff was kind! The bad: the restaurant was very short staffed. We went on a Tuesday night and they were packed! The young lady, whose name I didn’t get, was so nice and apologetic! But I did catch the female bartender snapping at her and the other gentleman working was a bit dismissive. Better staffing would ensure all staff would be able to provide the same level of experience. The overall cleanliness and building maintenance wasn’t great. Our room had a dirty carpet, stains in the shower, the faucet was stained, rusty door hinges, we got a couple towels with yellow stains one night. Wallpaper was stained and coming off in the dark halls. Gym felt like an unsafe location near the car park away from staff or any Other guests’ eyes. My sister did not feel safe as a young woman going to this gym. Also hours should be 24/7. We attempted to use the computer in the lobby to print out boarding passes, seemed to be on an outdated system? It was asking for updates for Java script? Finally, handy for the toilet to be separate from the shower, but then you can’t wash your hands if the shower is in use. So this just seems like a weird design flaw. Suggestions: - Make gym 24/7, change the layout so backs aren’t to a window OR add a mirror so that they can see behind them. - Make sure computer in lobby is up to date if going to be offered for customer use. - Fix peeling wallpaper in halls and make sure rooms are clean
