The hotel is located minutes from the stations ,shops and Wollies. Staff was welcoming at the arrival and let us use the near by gym just minutes away from the hotel.

It makes sense to join if you are a regular guest at our hotel and other Accor hotels, and now as a member you can get 5% discount off the best available rate on-line. Lovely but poor attention to detail

The staff were lovely but they messed up my billing and overcharged me then forgot to email me my account despite specifically requesting it!

Small Cramped Room

Staff service was good but the room itself was very cramped. There was no space to even walk around the bed to go to the window to pull down the curtains. The TV in the room was a third grade small TV which looked like a computer screen. The roof above the bathroom had open hole with all internal pipes and sounds coming. There was a locked common door to the other guest's room and you can easily get disturbed by the sound from other room. It seems like this was a store room which was later converted into a guest room. Not worth staying if all your room at this facility are same. The 5 rating i have given is for the service of your staff, for the room I will not give more than 2 rating.

Good location but average service

Checking in was mediocre with no welcome greetings from the hotel staffs. Prior request for high floor room was not accorded. Breakfast selection can vary every other day. Way too many pubs along Murray Street giving a sense of rowdiness and unorderly behaviour making personal security a concern. All in all never like visiting Perth and IBis is suffice for a short stay.
