The best thing about this hotel is its central location - close to shopping, transport and attractions. My room was spacious, well-appointed, clean and - despite being on a busy main street - surprisingly quiet. The staff were 100% helpful to a stranger from the eastern states, and added to the experience.

We were very disappointed. No cooling and not able to open a window so very stuffy and warm. 2 cockroaches. Shower leaked on floor. Nowhere to put things in bathroom. No bin liners. Hairdryer smoked and blew up as I turned it on. Limited space for 2 people.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The room was dirty, there was no blind and the curtains were broken. My room faced a well lit multi storey car park which meant I slept in bright light all night. My room had a common internal wall that let all the noise from my neighbour in. I could hear all their conversations. There was zero water pressure resulting in showering almost being impossible and the toilet only flushed every nod and then.

On arrival I was taken aback by the worn carpets and shabby state on the walls. The room was squashy for two people. On the up side, the beds were very comfortable, room service was good and breakfast very good.
