Had a great stay here after a Xmas function. A great buffet breakfast was included, making the stay good value for money.

Staff were good and the room clean. Only one lift out of three when I arrived which meant customers had to wait a long time with many contemplating using the stairs.

As above but not enough sleep due to sleeping in a different bed

Allocated room 1103 which I would hardly describe as an upgrade. Only one bedside lamp and no overhead lightly in the room. Last stay in November we were in 1104 which was quite adequate. Then the problem of discounts not being credited to our account and then on leaving we discovered we had been overcharged on the car parking. Not impressed and a shame as we are long term Accor members.

The staff were really helpful, location is perfect and our rooms were very very clean. We had a junior suite with river views, really enjoyed the stay, and as someone who normally stays at Sofitels that's high praise! For me the staff were the difference.
