Good customer service but room needs a lot of attention - curtains broken and wouldn't completely reach, therefore light was entering. TV not working.

- room not ready at check-in - lifts not working properly and eventually broke down. Kids stuck in stairwell - booked through booking with valet parking included. Not stated that there was a 1.9m height restriction. - reception undermanned, particularly well a line of 5 people all with separate complaints. - room very tired with obvious stains and rust - breakfast selection overpriced and poor, very limited healthy options. Staff in restaurant were however very nice.

No swimming pool while it was one of our criteria when we picked this hotel No lifts 2 days out of 3 with all lifts out of order on new year eve and 12th floor to climb by stairs with three very young kids 😰 Some malfunctions in the room with piece of broken glass on the floor that injured one of us.
