Within close proximity to the airport, the staff were lovely and provided refreshments upon arrival. Our rooms were clean and of a generous size. There were welcome fruit and cookies in our room as well. The dining was well priced and of cook quailty.

The toilet paper rolls were replenished promptly, which was great, but facial tissues were often not replenished, and the hand soap was never replenished after it ran out. I stayed for 30 days, and there was hand soap only for the first few days; after that, it wasn't replenished at all for the next 20 days. I hope this can be improved; everything else was great.

I had actually booked the rooms for my friends—a total of four rooms through the app. Since I had to pick them up and drop them off, they invited me to join them for breakfast the following morning. I initially assumed that each room included breakfast for two people, so I entered the restaurant with them. If I was not eligible for breakfast, that would have been perfectly fine. However, since the staff allowed me in and I had already eaten, they approached me twice during breakfast to confirm that I would need to pay an additional charge. I agreed to pay because I had already had breakfast and did not want to make things difficult for the staff. However, when I checked the bill, I found that they had charged for one extra person. There were only two additional guests—my father and me—but the bill included three. If I had not checked the bill carefully, I would have been overcharged again. The whole experience made me feel as though I had been pressured into spending money and then robbed. I paid the charges, but the experience left me feeling extremely disappointed and upset. I absolutely do not recommend this place!

We understand how upsetting it must have been to receive conflicting information regarding the breakfast entitlement and then encounter an apparent discrepancy on the bill. This is certainly not the level of service we strive to provide, and we sincerely apologize for the confusion and inconvenience you experienced. After looking into your bookings, we found that only 1 of the four booking included breakfast. The other three booking just the room only without breakfast. Upon check-in the guest of those 3 rooms had purchased additional 1 breakfast per room (total 3). So all 4 rooms already has breakfast for 1 person each room. Next morning you and your father is additional breakfast that do not include in the room. We do not intended to double charge our guest.
