Seems to be going down hill

Swimming pool furniture is old and has mould stains on it. One of them had ants running all over it. AC in room was not cool enough. Breakfast hot food was not actually hot.

Very nice room and facilities, convenient location for Bangna and airport, although the roadworks in the area meant that walking around near hotel was unpleasant. I chose it because morning flight to Singapore and wanted quiet hotel away from sukumwit but didn't want t stay at airport hotel.

Stayed for 5 nights whilst visiting family in Bangna. Lovely hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was great with lots of choices. Room clean. Good location for visiting Bangkok city. Taxis very cheap.

It is located nearby a few mall; mega mall , Seacon Square, Central Bangna and Paradise mall. The staff are very friendly. Every day you can have 2 sets of dress cleaned free of charge. Breakfast is consist of a big variety of food.

Great stay at this Novotel. Very clean. Hotel lobby and bar are great. Restaurants were great too. Very accommodating. Some live sports on in the bar during the day as well which was a bonus.
