the manager was not happy to see us and with a lot begging she helped us contacting our next stay in rayong her name i dont remember but she was. big and rather fat The other experiences in the hotel were fine as last year everywhere friendly people and the room comfortable The next morning before checking out we saw our girl from the front desk who we missed the day. before because her free day of she helped us the last years with onward bookings she is an angel

Service at the Bar was great and nice ambience at night with music. Overall, room was good and it was a pleasant stay near the airport. It was just slightly difficult to get a grab from the hotel as there were not that many cars plying that area.

Old hotel with renovated rooms. Located not too far from BTS with a walkable distance. The staff are nice and attentive. The hotel generously provided birthday decorations and compliments in our room which is a plus. There's some stain on the wall inside the toilet. The room floor would be better if not a carpet. But overall, we had a comfortable stay here.
