Slow service and horrible … we have stayed in more the 20 All Accor hotels in the last 3 years of platinum member ….. this hotel is worst the 3 star . Sorry

I was actually very disappointed with the front desk staff on Saturday. I asked for vegetarian food and they started laughing and speaking to each other in Thai. Told me can’t do, if the bar manager told me I can order food to go take it up with him. There are no Thai vegetarian options, just pizza. I had to go hungry on that evening after competing in a sports event. As a gold member I am highly disappointed

Main reason we picked this hotel like the title says convenient location to get in and out of bangkok. Breakfast was great, lots of choices and starts early enough even if we head out early for golf. Surrounding had plenty of restaurants, Healthland massage, and even metro to get around. The only knock on the hotel was probably the bathroom which was kinda old. The shower used a half glass instead of a door or even a shower curtain would have been better because everytime I showered the floor becomes flooded. The toilet seemed pretty old as well. My collague recommended me to pick a more expensive room supposedly will be a better, newer room but I didnt feel that way...

Overall, I’m satisfied with the hotel’s service. However, the breakfast restaurant would benefit from some improvements—the tables appear to need refurbishment, and the table placements should be changed as well.
