The bed in all A. h. has been comfortable. Novotel is not exceptional. The room aircond/water heater temperature is being controlled properly. I enjoy how they appreciate A. P. members here and I don’t have to manually claim my points from the restaurant manually.

Dilapidated hotel built in 1994

Photos uploaded by the hotel do not match with the room condition. The photos seem like rooms have been refurbished recently. Yet, it looks like what it was in 1994, when the hotel was built. Dilapidated room with unpleasant smell from the air-con. The furniture in the room are all worn out. Toilet sink rusted. Poor security as visitors can go up the lift without a room key card.

My experience at Novotel in other cities and bangna is totally different. Firstly this is not a star hotel, ambience and other facilities are sub standard. Bed is ok ok, TV is not a smart tv, AC is not in control, food quality is like any other roadside restaurant. GYM and wellness spa is the worse part of it
