welcome staff was great, room was spacious, but the toilets were smelling, the shower exit hole was not working, the bathroom condition was not up to mark and didnt feel premium. rcvd a late check out, that was great and thank you.

This is the first time we stayed at this location after Novotel Suvarnabhumi had been replaced by Hyatt Regency. The location isn't too far from the airport. The building is a bit old. But we got upgraded to the executive floor. Thanks to the Accor plus membership! We requested for connecting rooms and we got them. The rooms are clean and comfy (up to Novotel standard). The only issue is the elevator safety issue. We almost got shut while pulling out suit cases out of the elevator. Wish they installed sensors to prevent injuries. There are big gaps between the floor and the elevator making it more difficult to bring suit cases in and out. The food options are a bit less than other Novotels we stayed at. But overall, we will come back to spend a night after our long flight again!

The staff were extremely friendly with lots of smiles. The hotel is exceptional. Clean. Comfortable. Great WiFi. Nice bar. My only complaint would be that they need to clean the windows from the outside. The view was great but would have been a lot, lot better if the windows were clean. You can clearly see that the exterior has not been washed in a very long time.
