Comfortable stay close by to the Mega Bang Na Mall Accommodation was of a great standard, Breakfast needs a revamp

Nothing was well... We just asked for some additional water bottles and they snapped at it and told it will be delayed for delivery in the room service and then they told they will be charging. After which the reception manager at the night was very loud in his talks and didn't respond properly

All of staffs at hotel were really nice, kind and friendly. Even it was my first time staying as my silver membership, the staff who helped check-in reminded me about voucher with information of how to use it. Especially the date was just one day after my birthday. And in the room, there were one of letter card with cookies. It was really impressive things for me. Therefore we forgot one of cake in refrigerator and checked out. But staff kindly responded our call and helped to find it and to keep it. Many reasons more than my writing would be very positive and great staying with Novotel Bangna. Also highly recommend your hotel to my friends and family who want to visit bangna with staying over nights. I am seriously looking forward to stay your hotel next time again. Thank you for all of your great and excellent service once again.
