overall had a fairly comfortable experience. The room was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The building itself is also properly maintained, which gives a good first impression. Breakfast was decent with a satisfactory selection. However, there are a few areas that need improvement. The hotel refused to provide an extra bottle of water, which felt unnecessarily restrictive. Additionally, delivered food was kept outside the hotel instead of being properly handled or coordinated, which was inconvenient. If outside food delivery is not permitted, the hotel should clearly communicate and fully enforce a ban to avoid confusion. Staff service could also be improved to provide a more welcoming and guest-focused experience. With some improvements in service and policy clarity, the overall stay experience could be much better.

Modern comfortable quiet room with enough space for day sofa to relax. Food at the breakfast buffet was delicious and at good temperature. Staff are friendly and helpful. Central location for accessing Major Shopping Malls.

I had the best time ever. The swimming pool was located perfectly and with an amazing view. The pool was just cool enough all day to keep you fresh. The service was unmatched. Welcomes were warm.
