My husband is a diamond member of allaccor and they probably gave us the worst possible hotel room. Flooding problems. Tiny and dark. We went down to reception and asked for upgrade. Well, they did not even try saying other rooms occupied. their website showed plenty of other rooms available . Only one night but not good given service and utilities. Apparently big management problem. Avoid!!

The hotel staff were amazing and very professional in their day-to-day work, from reception to housekeeping and the breakfast staff. The room was really spacious and quiet, even though the hotel is on a main road. The hotel is located right in front of tram and subway stations, making it easy to get anywhere, and there is a great selection of food options nearby. I wish i stay longer in this hotel rather than the other all hotel nearby

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Nemzeti. I came to celebrate my little brother’s birthday, and the experience truly exceeded our expectations. The housekeeping staff were absolutely outstanding , attentive, kind, and always taking great care of us. We sincerely thank them for the impeccable daily cleaning, which greatly contributed to our comfort throughout the stay. The hotel’s location is ideal, and the prices are very attractive considering the high quality of the services provided. We highly recommend this hotel and would be delighted to return in the future.

My wife and I stayed here for New Year’s and my birthday. We chose Nemzeti MGallery for its central location and high ratings, but unfortunately, the experience did not live up to the MGallery brand standards. Room Issues & Communication: Upon check-in, we were told the hotel was overbooked and were placed in an accessible room instead of the standard room we had reserved. The room was disappointing: the bathroom was impractical, there were stains on the carpet and linens, and a musty smell lingered. The biggest issue was the lack of internal communication. One staff member promised a room change, while the next denied it. We felt ignored and that the staff hoped we would simply stop complaining. For a 4-star hotel, the lack of "hospitality mindset" was surprising. Dining: We were offered dinner as compensation, which we appreciated. However, the food quality was subpar. The carpaccio was semi-frozen, the Zander was overcooked, and the beef cheek lacked flavor. The vegetables felt like leftovers from the breakfast buffet. Housekeeping & Service: I want to highlight Gabor at the front desk. He was professional and helpful, eventually moving us to a proper room on New Year’s morning. He seemed genuinely surprised by the previous lack of service. Unfortunately, the housekeeping was non-existent; our room was not cleaned once during our stay, and towels were never replaced despite being left on the floor as per the hotel’s instructions. Verdict: While the building's exterior and interior (especially the grand staircase) are beautiful, the rooms feel a bit clinical with cold lighting and high-gloss furniture that doesn't match the historic charm. Due to the poor service and lack of cleanliness, I cannot recommend this hotel. A huge thanks to Gabor for being the only one who truly tried to help us
