I came for a conference and was very impressed with the hotel. The rooms are beautiful. The restaurant and bar area out by the pool stunning.

Next door apartment had bad people probably criminals doing deals We did not sleep all night They were shouting arguing banging the furniture all night Worst experience we’ve ever had

While I’d like to reassure you that situations like this are not typical of our hotel, I regret the disturbance caused by the neighbouring apartment. In situations like this, we do recommend contacting our Duty Manager immediately, as we are available 24/7 and can intervene promptly to address any noise concerns.
