A very comfortable stay. Staff at front desk were very helpful and polite and we were upgraded to a bay and pool view room which was lovely. Beds were divine. Lots of restaurants to choose from and parking easy.

The only disappointment was the cleanliness of the room, it did not meet expectations. The toilet seat cover had visible faecal stains, the carpets had not been vacuumed properly, the balcony floor was dirty, and the outdoor table still had drink stains on it.Overall, the room did not appear to have been properly cleaned before our arrival. That said, I'm a regular guest and this isn't the standard I've experienced in the past. I'll definitely be back and hope this was simply an off day, as I've always enjoyed staying here it's one of my absolute favourite hotels.

Great location and comfortable rooms, but the service was disappointing. Staff seemed focused on charging extra for basic requests, including water, early check-in, and late check-out. Communication was also poor—I was told I’d be called when my room was ready, but had to follow up myself. Better customer service would make a significant difference. Also please get more comfortable pillows.
