Relaxing quality and spacious hotel where we could get acclimatised after a very long flight from london. Nice pool area and beach front walks. Lots of convenient local cafes. The early check in was really valued. Thank you.

As Accor plus members we recieved a room upgrade. This is why we keep returning. The staff are very polite and the rooms are always clean. The pool, gym, and sauna are 5 stars. We have booked this place again in a few weeks.

I would like to express my special thanks to the Guest Experience Manager, Sophie. Her attentive service was the most satisfying part of our entire stay. Sophie contacted me prior to our arrival and learned that this trip was to celebrate a family member’s birthday. On the day of check-in, she thoughtfully arranged an additional cake and a small gift for us. However, there were a few aspects that were disappointing. The housekeeping staff did not remove the rubbish when cleaning the room. The takeaway packaging and used cutlery from our first day remained on the table in the sitting area even after the room had been serviced. Additionally, as a Platinum member, I was informed that my late check-out benefit could only be extended until 12:00 PM, and that any time beyond this would incur extra charges. This experience was noticeably below the standard I’ve received as a Platinum member at other Accor properties.

While the rooms have improved with the renovation, there is still no mini bar and room amenities are non existent…not even tissues. Room service to 30 mins to deliver a glass of wine
