I booked a junior suite and, honestly, it was underwhelming and was not like the photos in the ALL app. Our welcome gift looked rushed (cheese and olives thrown on the plate) and arrived while we were in the bathroom and in our towels (staff was knocking continuously on our door so we had to open despite saying we needed a few kore minutes). The amenities were great and we made good use of both pools, gym, sauna, and steam room. Hotel location was well situated in Brighton. Hotel also had busy events during our stay so they notified of the noise at night. Reception tried their best to give us a late checkout and let us use the amenities after checking out which we appreciate. Overall, it was a fair stay but would not book again unless I want to make use of the facilities and be close to the airport.

I arrived early from. SYD intl airport and booked here. Asked if I can check in earlier as I just need to get some sleep. Was asked to wait till 12pm although check in was 3pm.Was upgraded as a member to a better and nicer room. Although I didn't get a welcome gift, I was already very happy with the upgrade and the kindness of allowing me. To check in at 12pm as I would prefer a comfy room to crash in asap than anything else. Slept well as soon as I checked in and woke up at night full of energy and happy. There's so much life, music and happening at the restaurants downstairs and it looks good up from the view in my room. Also, I can't hear anything from my room but as soon as I enter the balcony and open the door, I see and hear everything which made it comfy to even just stay at the balcony and chill. 😍

Room was not clean. Was moved rooms. Then in the morning I was repeatedly phoned asking why I hadn't checked out. I had 2 sidebyside bookings.

Hotel is great . If you can sleep it will be amazing. verything is nice, food, room etc . The only thing is that the outdoor noise wasn’t as bad as the noise from the actual hotel. Being located near the lift I was woken late in the e evening and also in the early morning. My hubby and I didn’t sleep much
