Exceptional service at the pool & sauna! I would like to give a special shout-out to Dimi, who works at the hotel pool and sauna, for her outstanding kindness and dedication. She was constantly moving around the wellness area—keeping towels tidy, clearing water cups and bottles, and paying extra attention to prevent any slip hazards. What impressed me most was her thoughtful attentiveness: she did not hesitate to politely remind guests who were being overly rowdy about pool safety rules, proactively preventing discomfort for others.
