I checked in on the Friday evening. Happy with room and location. The noise from a poolside Christmas party was horrendous and spoiled the whole experience for me. If I’d been forwarned, I would have cancelled the booking.

Would not go back nor recommend… I have sent an email of complaint looking for compensation and that still has not been responded too… very unprofessional

The room, location, vibe, and overall aesthetics of the hotel were fantastic — I genuinely enjoyed the atmosphere. However, there is room for improvement in a few areas. The in-room dining menu had very limited food options, and the breakfast selection was also lacking compared to other hotels in a similar price bracket. The scrambled eggs were cold, which was disappointing. I also experienced a disturbance during the night. I was awoken by intimate noises from a neighbouring room, which were clearly audible. This shows the current soundproofing and room insulation may not be adequate. While I enjoyed many aspects of the hotel, the soundproofing issue in particular would deter me from booking again with my partner and children unless it was addressed and improved. I hope this feedback is helpful, as the hotel has great potential with a few improvements.

My first time back at this hotel in a long time and it was a great stay. Very much appreciated the upgrades and the welcome fruit platter. It has quite the resort feeling. The only concern I had was the noise from the bar areas on the Friday night, but it stopped at 11.30pm and I didn't hear anything from then which was great. I also thought the parking is on the pricey side and I really struggled to get a park on the Friday night.
