Our balcony sliding door couldn't be locked so a stick was put in the rail at the bottom but there was a 5 cm gap opening . Room so small for the price we paid. Hallway very dirty looking .

It was an enjoyable short break (2nights) staying in the hotel. The lady in the reception was so friendly and accommodating upon check-in. But when we entered our room and inspected it, there were hiccups but were settled straight away by housekeeping. Location was perfect and the breakfast had lots of variety to choose from. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay, especially my grandaughter (7 years old).

following the Christmas rush we wanted a few days away and we thought that a Wollongong visit would be an interesting location. We were impressed with the friendliness of all of the staff and the facilities overall.
