The second day of our stay we left the room from 8.30 am & we left the sign to enter at the door for cleaning ,no one came in at all, we came back to our room at 3.30 pm the beds still messy & I had to beg the cleaning staff for some extra fresh towels & I gave them the used ones. Not too happy with that service

Well located . Friendly staff. Adequate room size but room had an awful stench on arrival . Even after the quick clean up, the smell of damp carpet and mould lingered . Room and hotel is very dated - in need of a refurbishment .

The buffet breakfast offered a good variety of options; however, the overall experience was disappointing. Many of the dishes were unclean, with dirty bowls and plates observed across multiple stations. There were insufficient serving tongs and trays, which resulted in guests using the same tongs across different food items. The bread station was particularly untidy. The coffee machines were extremely slow, with wait times exceeding 10 minutes at all times. Additionally, the breakfast room layout was poorly designed, with tables positioned too close to the buffet area. This caused constant foot traffic around our table, as guests queued and moved through the space, making the environment uncomfortable. I had booked two rooms of the same type and requested connecting rooms. Despite booking several months in advance, we were advised at check-in that the hotel was at full capacity and unable to accommodate this request, which was disappointing. As an Accor Gold and Explorer member, there were no apparent benefits or recognition on this occasion. Lastly, the car park is not well designed. Given the cost of parking, the height variations and protruding concrete pillars are concerning. I parked a standard-sized sedan, and when opening the boot it struck a concrete pillar extending from the ceiling. Overall, this stay did not meet expectations.
