Good experience in general. The only concern is I needed to work for a few hours and I chose the hotel because there is a work area. However, there was very loud music on it, reggeton style. That made working impossible.

I was assigned with an old room, to get a shower I had to 'climb' the bath tub I found black hair on the bathroom floor

We visited Madrid for leisure. Staff was very friendly and helpful, hotel was clean, rooms were nice. This hotel is located in an industrial park so most area restaurants close at 5:00 and not much to walk to. There is a restaurant onsite that has good food. The only downfall was the pool was open very limited hours.

My fiance and I stayed here for 1 night as it was convenient to the airport (only 5 minutes drive away). The hotel was clean and everything was of high quality, which made for a nice welcome after a tired day of travelling. We enjoyed lunch in the restaurant which was delicious and we enjoyed a quick dip in the pool in the evening. Our only complaint would be the opening times of the pool. We would have enjoyed a quick swim in the morning before leaving but as the pool doesn't open until 10am, we were gone before then. Not a huge issue overall.
