The hotel was exactly what we expected. Breakfast was more than enough for everyone plenty of choice. Rooms very clean, staff welcoming. Would recommend, when we come back next year, know where we will stay 🙂

Arrived around ½ hour before check in, was told, quite rudely, that check in not til 2pm, Food was awful, not good value for charge, bed was uncomfortable, only 1 very thin pillow between the 2 of us, single duvet on king size bed, charges on credit card after i arrived home - no explanation, no tea or coffee making facilities in room, staff were so rude. Apart from one man, with glasses, around 40ish

At the check in I asked for parking of my rental car as suddenly the head manager showed up and accused me that I live around the corner ans said " No parking for you! You live here!" That's Beond any manners! She didn't follow the conversation I had with the front desk clerk!! I said I have reservation and the hotel got an email in which I asked for a parking spot!! She never apologized. Absolutely rude for a Hotelmanager. I got my parking, but the first impression was very bad. At the breakfast buffet the boiled eggs where totally raw! They took them away after I complained but no replacement was offered! Totally Beond every proper service. The rooms are very clean so are the bathroom, the bed was comfortable, The rooms need USB outlets and more convenient located electrical outlets. Overall a stay I will not count as great.
