I would definitely return to this lovely Hotel. Close to transport and markets, easy to get to from Skybus and Spencer Street Station. Lovely staff and enjoyable breakfast. Relaxed atmosphere. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location is excellent—right in the city center, so we could walk to all the main attractions we wanted to visit. The room was good and, for the low price, the overall standard was quite high. The staff were friendly and helpful, and it was very convenient to leave our luggage at the hotel after check-out so we could enjoy the city a bit longer. The only thing I didn’t like was the breakfast, especially the eggs—they only offered scrambled eggs, and unfortunately, they weren’t very good. Other than that, everything was great. Would recommend for a city stay!

Unfortunately my room was quite rough in a lot of areas, and also very dirty. I also kept receiving conflicting information and uncertainty from the staff - for example, on arrival I was told that I had no parking, or anything else. As a result, I was forced to park on street side where I was forced to consistently top up parking every two hours for the first 48 hours, also receiving a fine in this time. I was then told my booking had everything included, parking and breakfast included, and that I should've been told at check in. The following day I tried to get breakfast, only to be told again it was not part of my booking and would be additional. Ended up not getting any of the breakfast (if it was included) for the duration of my stay.
