My stay was enjoyable, but there were a few things that didnt sit right with me. 1st was having my food literally taken away from me on the 1st morning. I understand that the buffet had closed, but I was slowly eating and rather than advising me that the restaurant was closing and they needed me out to close up, my food was taken away from me. Had someone just said to me "excuse me but we need to finish up with closing the restaurant" I wouldn't have had any issue. The 2nd thing that I wasnt too happy about, was being able to hear people from the room next to me and outside my door. And lastly, I was a bit taken back by the cleanliness of my room. My bathroom not being properly cleaned, there were toenail clippings still on the floor, near the toilet and there was hair still on the walls of the shower. I understand that things can happen by being missed and being in a rush needing to ensure rooms are ready. On the other hand, my positives of the stay sort of counteract the bad. The reception staff were amazing with their customer service, always greeted with a smile and made to feel welcomed. They were very accommodating with things i needed.

I would definitely return to this lovely Hotel. Close to transport and markets, easy to get to from Skybus and Spencer Street Station. Lovely staff and enjoyable breakfast. Relaxed atmosphere. Highly recommended.
