I booked online and breakfast was included in the price of this hotel. I have a screenshot to prove it. But none of your staff would acknowledge this and I was basically spoken to rudely by several of your staff who showed no interest in following up on whether the problem was with your website rather than me. Considering that the problem was not addressed by any of your staff (and the kitchen guy was the rudest) then the problem is obviously with management. You only have me as a customer because you are widespread around the world. Your service though does not justify my loyalty.
