Dear Ms. V. Thank you for your message and for sharing your feedback ! I completely understand your comment regarding access to water, which is indeed a basic necessity, and I’m truly sorry if our current setup gave you the impression that we do not take this seriously. As part of our eco-responsible approach, we’ve made the decision to stop offering plastic water bottles in guest rooms. Instead, reusable water bottles are available at the front desk, and filtered water fountains are accessible in several areas of the hotel: in the lobby, on the 5th floor, and in the fitness area. Of course, we would like to offer more. However, due to technical and safety constraints, it is unfortunately not possible for us to install fountains on every floor. We understand that this new approach may not suit everyone, and we truly appreciate you taking the time to share your perspective. Dear Mrs. M., We are truly sorry that your stay did not meet your expectations. Please rest assured that we take your feedback very seriously. We are also quite surprised by your comment regarding the smell of cockroach spray, as we do not use such products in our establishment. Nevertheless, we will conduct checks to understand what may have caused this inconvenience. Regarding the condition of your room, we deeply regret that you encountered these issues. This is not the level of quality we strive to offer our guests, and we will take the necessary actions with our team to ensure this does not happen again. Finally, we understand that waiting for the elevator may have been frustrating, especially during peak times. Unfortunately, when many guests need to use it at the same time, it can be difficult to further improve the flow, despite our efforts to optimize it.
