We stayed there for 5 days. It is a 15 minutes walk from the nearest Metro station When we checked in they put us in an handicapped room without even letting us know even when we reserved a room well in advance When we asked for a late checkout they said it is OK but a day before they reversed their promises. eventually they charged us 50 Euro for late checkout even though we were forced to checkout on time. The worst hotel ever

This station allows you to reach central Paris in 15 minutes by tram, making it a quick and convenient option. - Concerning the room, we understand your dissatisfaction and apologize for the inconvenience. The hotel was fully booked, and these rooms are part of our 'classic' category, which means they are priced the same as the others. The layout is a bit different, and we regret that it did not meet your expectations. - Regarding the late check-out, our team informed you that this service is available until 4:00 PM, as indicated by the signs at the reception. You wished to keep the room later, and we explained that this would require the payment of an additional night. This is because keeping the room past the usual check-out time prevents the hotel from renting it to other guests on that day. Our team therefore proceeded under the assumption that you would still take the late check-out until 4:00 PM, which is why it was charged to you. Rooms are not very clean, food is moderate
