Warm welcome albeit busy with coaches and groups in the reception area and queues for the lifts. Efficient check in and out. Great restaurant staff who helped me with a late dinner order and delivered to my room. Great breakfast. Good business meeting facilities and great business lunch.

After being left without a room by an overbooked hotel in the same area of La Defense, Mercure hotel staff welcomed us very warmly and professionally. It was late and we were very tired by our bad experience earlier, so they made sure to check us in quickly, with a smile and super professional attitude.

I'm used to stay in this hotel but in this "busy" period it was a litlle bit too crowdy

Dans le cadre de notre politique 'zéro plastique' mise en place par l'ensemble du groupe Accor, nous ne sommes plus en mesure de fournir des bouteilles d'eau plastique dans toutes nos chambres. Nous comprenons que cela puisse être un inconvénient, raison pour laquelle nous avons mis à disposition des gourdes ainsi que des fontaines à eau dans l'hôtel (dans le hall ainsi qu'au 5ème étage). À noter qu'une bouteille d'eau en verre est offerte dans toutes nos chambres de types 'Privilèges' & 'Suites'. La note donnée à votre expérience globale étant de 60/100, y a t-il d'autres points que vous aimeriez nous soumettre et que nous pourrions améliorer ?
