Received automatic upgrade given my Diamond status. Confortable bed and bedding. Dishes, glasses, and cutlery at breakfast didn’t seem clean. Rooms need renovating.

Amazing staff at the hotel! The hotel is situated a stones throw from the palace of Versailles and myself and my family thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The hotel I would have rated 5 star however there was little issues like it being quite warm in the restaurant bar area and a few minor issues with coffee machine in room. They are quite insignificant as the staff were very welcoming and went above and beyond to make us comfortable! We had 3 rooms and they let us check out at 1pm without any issues! The atmosphere in the hotel is very relaxed which we loved and the beds were very comfortable! Absolutely loved our stay and we will definitely be back to beautiful Versailles!

The location is perfect to visit main attrractions, the premises are new and well maintained

Good stay but the assignment of a handicap room (not requested) without any communication was quite strange, even the request of the assignment criteria was met with vague considerations at the reception

Great location, 4 min. walking distance to Versailles Palace . Different cuisine restaurant within 7 to 10 mins walk. Breakfast good with varieties items. Hotel quick in respond to defects in our room. Staff nice. But they forgotten to tell us the password after reset the in-room save ..lucky my husband figure it out. Good. If visit Versailles again, sure will stay here again.

Amazing large bed super comfy lovely bedding slept very well. Clarins toiletries was very nice. Hotel provided water and excellent coffee maker. We had a deluxe room bathroom a little small. The best part is you a couple of minutes walk from entrance to Versailles much needed after lots of sightseeing! There are cafes nearby Starbucks around the corner and Caesar’s pizza was excellent! Cafe molly near the chateau. The hotel offered breakfast but cost was high also bar charges high. Friendly staff busy hotel.
