The hotel blocked the full cost of the stay from my credit card and when I checked in they took 400 € cash as a deposit for extra charges , at checkout the assistant front office manager Anna Boltaeva refused to return the deposit claiming that the deposit amount has been used as settlement for the balance of the stay and the they will only deduct the remaining balance from my bank account. The amount that was deducted fron my credit card was the full cost without deducting the 400€ cash which she confirmed that it will be deducted from the full cost. While I was making a checkout and discussing the amount to be deducted from my credit card with her she offered me to keep my injection case in the hotel fridge and return it when I leave but we both forgot to take it I sent her an email to send it to me in my apartment in London but she didn’t respond.

I thought the location was perfect , easy walking around so many interesting parts of the city including Museums .

From booking, to arriving, to departure the team communicated really well and made us feel welcome and special. The room was lovely and spacious and the hospitality teams for breakfast and in the bar were absolutely lovely. The breakfast is gorgeous with array of treats for all tastes. The hotel is also really well located for the Concord metro station and a stoll up the Champ Elysee.
