Great hotel but not outstanding. Check-in- - wanted an extra €30 early check in fee for a whole hour early. We declined this. All it did was lead to a large queue at reception at 3pm as everyone tried to get into their rooms. Room & hotel itself was fine although quite a few chips in woodwork & paint. Felt this should be addressed if they want a higher rating. Breakfast/bar area quite small for number of guests. Saying the above, the breakfast was as good a hotel breakfast as you can get. Was delicious. We found all the staff to be helpful & friendly. And the hotel location was ideal for exploring the wonderful sites of Vienna. Would stay again

Great location for walking or taking nearby U around Vienna. Staff very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the bar and food in the lounge area. Pleasant room and lovely bed ensuring a good night's sleep.

I enjoy this hotel for many things. The location. Perfectly situated with great access to bus, tram, metro. This hotel offers a great buffet style breakfast, to die for. Rooms are clean, are spacious, and service is courteous. Great WI-FI too ! Always enjoy my return to this hotel.
